On-line submission of AAFs available

Continuing the developments seen in the centre portal Applications for Achievement Forms can now be submitted on-line.

Simply click on the ‘AAF’ link before the assessment is due to take place to print your Application for Achievement Form. Once the assessment has taken place, click on the ‘AAF to complete’ link and complete the Application for Achievement Form. This completed form should be printed and then posted to CACDP within 7 days of the assessment date.

For externally marked assessments you must also send us the recording of the assessment. For internally marked assessments (for example BSL101) we only need you to send us the completed Application for Achievement Form.

For those centres who have already completed the AAF manually and posted it to CACDP along with any recorded media please do not complete the AAF on-line.

Many centres have already successfully completed their assessment’s AAF on-line but should you have any questions about this, or any other part of the centre portal, please contact your Customer Support Officer.
